When you submit an inquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your child's age, the kind of care and schedule you're looking for, any preferred tour date and time, and anything you write in the message box. We do not ask for medical information, Social Security numbers, your child's full legal name, or your child's date of birth.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and talk with you about care for your family. We never sell it, and we never share it with third parties for marketing.
How it is stored
Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a secured database that only we can access. A copy is also sent to our email inbox so we can reply to you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries only as long as they are useful for the conversation they started — typically no longer than two years — and then delete them.
Requesting deletion
You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing thehappyplace.care@gmail.com. We'll remove it and confirm.
Children
This website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
